TRADESHOW REFERRAL LIST B MEMBERS
Dear Members:
There will be a new call-in system effective Wednesday, September 4, 2024.
It will be your responsibility to make yourself available, not available or indefinitely booked off through this system. Your status will not change if you are currently listed as available or indefinite.
Below are the daily instructions:
1.Call the Trade Show line (617) 242-6122 each day and follow the prompts to book off, make yourself available or indefinite book off.
2. Example: call Monday for Tuesday, call Tuesday for Wednesday, call Wednesday for Thursday, call Thursday for Friday, call Friday for Saturday, Sunday and Monday, all 3 days you make the call on Friday.
· You will need to enter your referral # (3 digits are required). For example if your referral # is 3 you enter 003, if your referral # is 25, you enter 025.
· Next you will be required to enter a PIN which will be the last 4 of your SS#.
3. You must call between 6:00am to 12:00noon the day prior to work.
The phone system will shut off exactly at 12:00noon.
4. The new call-in process will start on Wednesday, September 4, 2024 and will be in place going forward. (Example: when you call Wednesday, September 4, 2024 it will be for work on Thursday, September 5, 2024).
